Manning Safety Services, Inc. is a family owned Hydrogen Sulfide [H2S] Safety Company. Established in the Early 1980s to service the Jourdanton, Texas Sour gas field, it has continuously grown and now services all of Texas and the Gulf Coast in Louisiana.

President and CEO Chris Newsome has been with the company since the early 1990s and has been leading the company since 1999. Chris’s vision of reputable service by fully trained technicians at a fair price has been the cornerstone of the company’s work ethic. Constantly bringing new technology together with proven results, the company leads the way in design and innovation for hydrogen sulfide services.

Vice President and CFO Joanna Newsome has been with the company since the late 1980s and heads the company's financial division as well as maintaining public relations and charitable giving throughout the state and gulf coast region. Joanna keeps pace with the ever-changing mergers and acquisitions that have happened within the oilfield community and manages contractual obligations as well.

Board of Directors member George Jackson has been with the company since the late 1980s and heads the Education and Training Division. George’s extensive background and knowledge in classroom techniques and in field applications allow the company to adapt training programs to individual needs regardless of the content or class size.

Senior Field Technician and Director of Operations Jack Culbreath brings an extensive background from a diversified list of skills that allow him to maintain a constant state of readiness throughout the rental fleet and ensure allocation of proper equipment for the job at hand.
